Florence, Italy Wine and City Tour

Hello, My name is Jai! This is a smaller version of my 2 week wine trip for those that cannot do the entire two week tour across Italy. There will be 3 additional days in Florence before a day trip to nature followed by two overnights in wine towns before ending the Florence tier of the trip in Florence. Florence is the most populous city in the Tuscany region of Italy, and it is the birthplace of the Renaissance, as well as being a world fashion capital. We will see all the sights, including the Duomo, which is the main cathedral of Florence. We will see everything in the Monumental Complex of Santa Maria del Fiore. The Uffizi Museum is full of art from the Renaissance Era, including the works of Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo. There will be several parks, many stairs to climb to see panoramic views and get amazing photos. Comfortable walking shoes are a necessity for this trip! For food, here are just a few must eats for Florence. Wild boar ragu at White Boar Restaurant, truffles (local to Tuscany), Florentina Steak, and lampredotto (4th stomach of a cow). Of course, there is also the Florence Central Market with many options to choose from.
