Do you feel like you need some time to reset? Was work too much lately, and you need to rewind, or are you just looking for some new experience? Come join me for adventure, relaxation, good company, and yoga in the southeast of Portugal. I love yoga and being outdoors, and am on a mission to make yoga accessible, cultivate joy, and explore different cultures by connecting to other like-minded beings. When I came to Portugal for the first time in 1998 I fell in love with this country's energy. I would like to show it to you through my eyes. Are you looking to connect to yourself, spend time in nature, relax, and do some yoga? Let’s do it together! You can choose between staying in a private room or sharing at a cute small local guest house. Every room has a private bathroom. Our yoga room is right around the corner in a beautiful historical building with a Bamboo roof at a quiet square in the center of town. Snacks & Fruits are included in the price of the trip, for lunch I suggest we eat together at local excellent and affordable places but of course, you are free to make your own way as well. What is included in the price? - Accommodation (shared or single room with bathroom) - Bicycle rental - Visit to mud and salt spa - Guided cycling tour - Yoga classes - Trip to the beach with yoga - Trip on ferry boat to Spain with lunch option ( lunch price not included) The accommodation is located in the town of Vila Real de Santo Antonio, a lovely coastal town in the east Algarve where the river meets the ocean surrounded by nature. We will explore the surroundings on foot and by bicycle. Swim in the ocean or cruise the river Guadiana, enjoy beautiful hiking paths, and interesting and fun bike rides, soak up the different town vibes between Vila Real de Santo Antonio and Ayamonte, taste some fresh fish and Spanish tapas, chill on the beach, watch the sunset or rise and practice yoga every day. Tag 1-4

Friday is arrival day. Depending on what time you arrive, you can hook on to the programme whenever you want. Yoga at 9H30. We will pick up the bicycles after yoga. Option to join for a bike ride to a local restaurant for lunch. ( costs for lunch are not included) Gentle and restorative yoga around 21H

Ayamonte

Tag 4

On saturday we start the day with some yoga and than take the ferry boat across the river Guadiana to ayamonte in Spain. There will be time to walk around and an option to join for a tapas lunch at a local restaurant (lunch price is not included) We will take the ferry back. There will be time to rest, go to the beach or visit the shops. Gentle yoga in the evening.

Castro Marim

Tag 4

On sunday morning we will cycle to the beach for some yoga and a swim in the sea. afterwards we can enjoy a cup of tea overlooking the ocean. Cycling back we can do together but ofcouse you are welcome to stay on the beach as long as you wish. Around 13H there will be an option to join for lunch at a local riverside fish restaurant. In the evening you can join for some gentle yoga if you like.

Monday is departure day. Depending on the time you are leaving, you can join for yoga at 9H30. There will be an option again to join for lunch at a local restaurant. We will have to return the bikes. And say good bye.
