Local Experience

Have you ever wondered how's Venice in winter and what are the surroundings of the most beautiful city in the world? In this 5-days trip we will explore culture and history of this unique place: we will make a tour of the six districts and of surrounding islands: Murano, Burano and Torcello as well as Giudecca and S.Giorgio will be our stops.

About me! As a person who came to live in Venice, I feel a mix between a local and a curious explorer. So many places are still hidden, while the general functioning of this peculiar city is familiar to me. I love getting to know the stories of a place, and I love walking!

Details about the accommodation: Airbnb : there will be three double rooms and a special place dedicated to free time and rest (garden or living room) there will be a kitchen in order to have breakfast and prepare some food for the day. Venice

Tag 1-3

We will spend the first two days in Venice, in the main part of the city, and we will explore its six districts: Cannaregio, Castello, Santa Croce, San Polo, San Marco, Dorsoduro. Through this road we will see spectacular views, amazing buildings with centuries of history and we will have also the chance to stop to some cultural spots like museums and churches with famous paintings. Journey on Grand Canal is included!

Murano

Tag 3-4

Murano, Burano and Torcello in one day. We will visit the islands that are located in the norther part of venetian lagoon. Islands full of nature and colours, and stories of artisans and fishermen. Perfect places for pictures, too.

Venice

Tag 4-5

One day back in Venice to explore like a local: just walking and - most importantly - getting lost a little bit, following unpredictable paths. Experience of bacaro tour included this day: a tour of the typical bars with "tapas"

Giudecca

Tag 5-6

Giudecca and San Giorgio Island are just one waterbus stop from each other. The first is a small and popular island, with many gardens and hidden landscapes, belonging to. The second one is famous for the labyrinth dedicated to argentinian poet Jorge Borges. But it has much more! And on the top of it you can see the whole Venice from a unique perspective! Definitely not to miss before out trip ends.
