Explore the natural beauty of tropical forests, white sand beaches and the pristine marine life ecosystem of Andaman Archipelago! The island is surrounded by Bay of Bengal on the north, Andaman Sea on the east and Indian Ocean to the southwest. Due to this distinct ages and geographically isolated location, the flora and fauna of these islands are highly endemic and restricted to its origin. We’ll be exploring all of it by various activities like deep sea diving, snorkeling, water sports activities, caving, bird watching, tide pooling, hiking, sunset kayaking and end by stargazing with telescope. So this is going to be a kind of hustle and bustle. Havelock Island is best among all the islands of Andaman and Nicobar Islands for its rich in coral reefs and marine life biodiversity, blue flag certified beaches, unique island wildlife activities and an active party hub. A little about myself: I’m Gokul, a Naturalist and an independent researcher by profession and a traveller by passion. I was working in Andaman Sea for almost a couple of years researching intertidal marine species, guiding, educating people and rescue operations around the islands. I would love to explore the island with like-minded people. Having mentioned with a lot of activities, the TripMates should be aware of the fact that all these activities are subjected to weather conditions, low and hide tide time constraints and many such factors. It is also crucial to note that all these activities are only an optional which can be opted based on the interest of an individual or the vibe of a gang on the spot. We’ll check out the most untouched, non commercialized and isolated places on the island as I’ve explored the most of ‘em to research purpose. Deep sea and scuba diving will also be an optional but still I would recommend doing so, as to encounter the beautiful marine life and rich coral reefs on the island is something not to miss out. Someone who’s not into diving will still leave with a lot more activities, or they can just relax and vibe on the beautiful isolated beaches. I’m fun and open to any kind of TripMates that I’ll always have a backup idea and encircled with some good friends on the island to help. I would love to host this trip in a most eco-friendly and sustainable stays. I have few sustainable stays in my lists like hotels, resorts and my favorite traditional Andamanese beachside cabanas.
