Spend time visiting fascinating museums and join an optional walking tour to get to know the city at your own pace. When evening arrives, experience the cozy magic of Zagreb's Christmas markets. Wander through Ban Jelačić Square, where twinkling lights create a festive glow, friendly vendors offer local treats, and the comforting aroma of mulled wine fills the air. Make sure to stop by Advent in Zrinjevac Park - a favourite spot loved for its beautiful decorations and cheerful live music. Day 3: Day Trip to Plitvice Lakes Venture into the winter wonderland of Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
