This large apartment has capacity for 7 people, has beach access, the beach is only 250 meters away, and is located near the best landmarks in JBR! With a sleek interior and multiple amenities in the tower, a work vacation with no place for boredom is guaranteed! Let's tour the place! 📍 Location: JBR Beach is one of the most popular beaches in the city. It has upscale beachside dining, the neighborhood is famous for its beach, cafes, restaurants, shopping, playgrounds etc. On the beach there's plenty of water activities and you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas. 😴 Where you'll sleep: This luxury apartment is spread over 175 sqm and has capacity for 7 people. It has 3 bedrooms and an additional small bedroom with one single bed. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, night tables with lamps, a lounge chair, a makeup vanity table with a mirror and a stool, a chair, as well as wardrobe with hangers. The two other bedrooms each have two single beds, night tables with lamps, a TV, a makeup vanity table with a mirror and a chair, and wardrobes with hangers. 💻 🥳 Where you'll work & socialize: The living room is simply gorgeous! It features an extensive sofa set, a chic carpet with a coffee table, a TV unit with a 40'' TV on top, a large table with six chairs, as well as plants and decorations. Before stepping into the next room, you'll be amazed by the wall-to-wall glass windows in the living room, letting in natural light and overlooking the beautiful neighborhood of JBR. From within, you can access a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee and the beach view. 🍗 Where you'll eat: The kitchen at the apartment is spacious, and includes all equipment you might need during your stay: cooking basics, cooking sheets, barbecue utensils, blender, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, wine glasses, trash cans, Espresso machine and an electric stove. 🚿 Bathrooms: A total of 3 bathrooms are available at the apartment, two of which with bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin. The third bathroom has a toilet and a washbasin. All three bathrooms include amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, and essentials like soap, toilet paper, and towels. 🤿 Facilities in the building: There is a sports center located in the apartment building where you can play your favorite sports & a swimming pool The accommodation you see in the pictures could be our home!
