Dolce and Gabbana, Gucci, Chiara Ferragni, they are some of the names that decided to choice Puglia as the perfect set for the catwalks or for vacation. We will spend few days in a luxury villa with a trullo and a private swimming pool, and where we will learn how to make orecchiette (a typical shape of pasta from this region). Moreover I will bring you in some spots where to enjoy the beauty of my region, discover some traditions, in a trip where we will have relax and fun. I can teach a bit of Italian Language if you want ;) It is mandatory to have 4 tripmates to avoid the cancellation of the trip 30 days before the departure.
About me! I am an Italian teacher that loves different cultures. I am from Puglia but I am living in Norway since 2015. I am very creative and empathetic so I like to listen and understand the needs of the people. From this trip I expect people that wants to relax, enjoy the nature, the Apulian culture and people that are open minded and are free to share their experiences with others.
Details about the accommodation: We are going to sleep in a super nice Villa with a private Trullo. The villa is well refurbished but maintaining a traditional design thanks to clever designers. Everyone will have own room and own bed. We can use the swimming pool if the weather will be good, or just relax encompassed by the Apulian nature. The Trullo is close to Ostuni and we will spend three nights there.

Ostuni
Tag 1-2
Day 1: I will wait you at Bari Airport or if you will reach Ostuni by train I will pick you up from there. We will visit Ostuni, the white city. Ostuni is a genuine and charming example of Mediterranean architecture. We will lie around the cobbled tiny alleys and I will bring you in some spots where to take some attractive pictures. We'll have dinner in a typical apulian place and then we will reach our amazing trullo where we will spend 3 nights.

Alberobello
Tag 2-3
Day 2 We will enjoy the Trullo, the swimming pool and we are going to learn how to prepare orecchiette. This shape of pasta is an icon in Puglia and everywhere, you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare them, and we will have fun together. The teacher will be a surprise for you. The course will take 3 hours. In afternoon we will visit Alberobello, Unesco site. We will spend few hours here trying to take advantage of the golden hour to take some pictures. The trulli are unique, are made of roughly worked limestone, and they are presents only in Alberobello.

Monopoli
Tag 3
Day 3: Monopoli in the last few years became one of the most touristic place in this area. Amazing and romantic harbour, alleys with a lot of traditional shops, churches and History. Monopoli was founded by greek and it changed hands many times, until the Normans that gave to the city all the beauty that we can admire nowadays.

Polignano a Mare
Tag 3-4
Day 3: Second stop of the day is Polignano a Mare. Do you the song "Volare" (oh oh, cantare), so the author, Domenico Modugno was from here. In the main square there is a statue of him. But Polignano a Mare is famous for his wonderful beach between the cliffs. Every year there is a huge dive competition, the competitors jump from the windows of the building into the sea. We are not going to do that :D At least not in this trip.

Bari
Tag 4
We will finish our tour in Bari. According to your flights we will spend time here, visiting the Cathedral and Bari vecchia (the old part of Bari). It will be the right place where to eat Patate riso e cozze (Potatoes, rice and mussels), a traditional dish from this region.
