Join me on a week of via ferrata adventure around the unique Lake Garda. The region is the paradise for active holidays so everything is given to pump up our adrenaline level and enjoy wonderful sceneries at the same time. The trip is going to be a joyride. No need to have experience in climbing but it is necessary to move confidently in heights and have average physical condition to tackle long walks and climbs. We will take days off to relax and visit historic towns, lakes. Arco is a traditional supplies town for outdoor activities. In the evenings we can enjoy the Italian cuisine in one of the great restaurants around.
About me! My name is Béla. I am 43 years old. Hungarian. I guide trips mostly around Europe for more than 10 years now. I love to enjoy nature, I love visiting places that are hard to reach. My strength is to stay calm in most situations.
Details about the accommodation: We are going to have rooms for people of two in the scenic Sarca valley. Breakfast is included. It is a cosy place to spend the evenings with drinks, games, chatting. Tag 1-2
Day 1, Arrival, Getting to know each other. We will meet in Arco, or somewhere else depending on how you arrive. The first thing we do is settling in to our base for the whole week. This is where we will start every day from.

Tag 2-3
Day 2, Getting familiar with via ferratas, After a short drive we get equipped and learn the basics of via ferrata climbing. Gathering our first experiences of climbing we can enjoy the first view of the Lake Garda from above. We reach the top of Arco where we can feed the goats too. On the way back we will have the opportunity to explore the old town of Arco, have our first pizzas and ice creams.

Tag 3-4
Day 3, Taking it to the next level. The goal is the peak of Cima Capi, 909m above sea level. We will follow the footsteps of the WWI soldiers and climb for the epic view of Lake Garda from even higher and even closer than the day before. The Temple of Giants might pop into our way. After the hike we will visit the historic town of Limone and we can taste the Limoncello.

Tag 4-5
Day 4, Getting wet. We are going to climb along the gorge of Rio Sallagoni. It will be hard to concentrate on climbing while passing the beauty of unbelievable formations. Those who remained dry somehow, can dip into Lake Garda to cool down and we can chill on the beach with an aperol.

Tag 5-6
Day 5, Cultural Day. We are going to visit a sculpture exhibition. Don't worry! It is on a via ferrata route. ;) Great view of the valleys, sculptures of surprise in every corner and practicing our climbing skills. In the afternoon we take a rest at Lake Tenno.

Tag 6-7
Day 6, Taking it to the limit. According to the requests and the developed skills, we chose the final challenge. The goal is to reach for the highest and steepest walls of the Garda region. In the evening we are going to celebrate our achievements of the week by a wonderful Italian meal.

Day 7, If we get up early enough, we might see the wingsuiters shooting through above us as we drink our morning coffees. Home Sweet Home. We pack up all our memories and head home to share our joy with those who stayed at home.
