Hello, I am Andrea, and I welcome you to my tours around the island, to see the most beautiful and typical places of Tenerife! I've been exploring the island for a year, looking for the secret wonders of this magical island and organizing more than 50 awesome trips for many hostels in that time! let's go together on a trip to discover the hidden corners of Tenerife! We will visit many places that often only locals get to know 🗾 I will take care of your accommodation in El Duque hostel, which is part of the Nest Hostels chain. The accommodation will normally be a shared dorm, but there are options for private rooms for a higher price (will discuss it in PM if you are interested). There you will be in the biggest city of the south, hosted in a giant shared house in one of the most exclusive places of the city, where you have a beautiful beach just 15 min away by walking. The hostel organizes activities every night and there are clubs and restaurants nearby, so you will not get bored for sure! The vibe of the hostel is friendly and entertaining, and the volunteers are always there to assist you! What's included in the trip price: - Pickup and dropoff from the airport - Accommodation (hostel) - Logistic to the places we visit (with 7-seater car) and guidance - A snorkeling mask to use during the trip - Lunch on all 3 activities day What is NOT included: - Dinner (near the hostel there are plenty of restaurants and often times in the hostel they have pizza/tacos/barbecue nights you can join for a small fee) - Extras during the trip - Clothes and sports equipment What you need to bring: - Comfortable shoes (also, most of Tenerife beaches are rocky, so anti-slip shoes are a nice addition) - Some heavy clothing and a hat (sweater is needed in the evening, and a light jacket may be helpful in some places like the Teide Park) - sea friendly sunscreen (corals are present in many places where we will snorkel. If you don't know how to recognize them, look for a vegan one, Australian Gold is a good brand) Let's have a nice discovery trip together 🥳🥳🥳

Duque Nest Hostel
Tag 1-2
First day is reserved for the accommodation process. If in working hours (9.00 am-18.00pm), I can pick you up from the airport with my car and bring you to the hostel. In different times you can either take a bus (about 4€, will help you find the right one) or a taxi (about 15€, can provide a number to call). It's usually possible to book a meal in the hostel depending on which activities they have planned that night, but there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well.

Masca
Tag 2-3
We will go to Masca, the must-visit village in the middle of the teno mountain complex! 🗻 Here we can take wondeful pictures of the valley from one of the various "miradores" along the path, have a walk around the town and eat the famous cactus ice-cream! 🌵🍧 We will then cross the mountains and eat in a local "guachinche" 🥘😋 in Buenavista del Norte, a typical canarian restaurant where we can have specialties like pescado encebollado (fish with onions) , papas arrugadas (typical canarian potatoes, served with 2 sauces), pulpo a la gallega (spicy octopus), and they have the freshest seafood and fish from the city, with that uncomparable local feeling! We will then go to Garachico to see the famous natural pools, 🏞️ have a stroll around the city, with his cozy alleys and historical buildings, where it's sometimes possible to see flocks of canary parrots 🦜and then go to visit charco de la Laja, one of the most beautiful natural pools of the island! The trip will finish with a full tour along t he north coast, where you will witness the change of climate all along the island, before heading back to the hostel!

Teide National Park
Tag 3-4
we'll start with a visit to the Teide National park, where we will have a stroll around the various miradores, and i will provide an explaination of the environment and hystory of this majestic giant which is the hearth of Tenerife! We will visit the most spectacular places like Lavas Negras, Roques de Garcia and Minas de San Jose, home to the "martian landscape", having a quick picnic on the spot (we will buy some food at rhe supermarket in the morning before leaving). In the afternoon we will then head to El Puertito de Armenime*, which is one of the best places for snorkeling (i will provide masks for everyone 🥽🥽🥽) and one of the most authentic places of the island, where it's easy to see schools of fish swimming so close to your mask you can almost touch them, sea cucumbers, octopus and sometimes even turtles! 🐢😱 There we will also have some tapas 😋 in "bodegon Lola y Pepe", a very typical canarian bar just in front of the sea, where you can eat croquetas (cod croquettes), patitas de cangrejo (crab claws), salpicon de pulpo (octopus salad) and many other specialties (and they have the best "mojos", which are canarian sauces!) 🥘🦀🐟

San Cristóbal de La Laguna
Tag 4-5
we will visit the oldest city of the island, La Laguna, 🎉🎊🎉 which is UNESCO heritage site and one of the most hystorically significant city of the canaries, full of colorful alleys and cozy corners! There we will have a quick brunch in a cafè in the city and stroll around his ancient paved streets, where street artists perform every day! 🎷🎸🪘 We will then go to El Sauzal, where a breathtaking coast promenade offers a view of the teide 🌋 in its full size, while standing in front of a crystal clear sea where sometimes big ocean waves rumble through the coast, literally shaking the ground!

Los Abrigos
Tag 5
Los Abrigos is a nice little town with a wonderful natural pool 🏞️ and a cozy port walkway with Crystal clear water, where we can swim and snorkel 🤿 (I will provide the mask) in a sea rich of colorful life and then have a fish dinner in one of the seaside restaurants!
