Hi ! My name is Solenne, and I am a French travel enthusiast. Paris is a city I find fascinating, both for its history and for its architecture. If we go on a trip to Paris together, know that culture will be the focus. I speak both French and English, so no worries. For me, what makes vacations fun are the experiences, which is why we will experience everything that makes Paris fun and interesting : museums, monuments, palaces, great restaurants, macarons, croissants etc. Whether you are a solo traveler, a couple, a group of friends or a family, I will make sure to plan a fun experience that will please everyone. To learn more about the activities we might do together, I encourage you to check out the full itinerary below. What is included in the price : - Accommodation: the apartment will be situated near a famous Parisian park: Les Buttes Chaumont, a great place to experience French culture. We will share rooms (twin beds or double). However, if you want a single room, please let me know and I will see what I can do. - Transportation: Weekly transportation pass. - Activities - Allianz insurance for German and Austrian citizens What is not included in the price : - Transportation from your home country - A travel insurance for non-German or Austrian citizens (insurance is obligatory) - Meals (usually 20/25 euros per person and per meal) - Anything not mentioned If you want to have fun while truly discovering what makes Paris special, beautiful, interesting, and fun, you are in the right place!

Tag 1-2

Depending on the number of TripMates and groups, we will either meet directly at the Airbnb or at the airport/train station. Arriving in the morning would be best, so we have time to do everything. Paris wouldn't be Paris without its Eiffel Tower. Also nicknamed, the "Iron Lady", the Eiffel Tower is a must-see. In the morning, we will go to the Eiffel Tower and go to the top of the monument using the elevators. Let's enjoy a magnificent view of the city and take some Instagram-worthy pictures. After lunch, we'll take a boat trip on the Seine on one of the famous Parisian "bateaux-mouches". You can enjoy an audio guide and most importantly, you will see many of the most famous Parisian monuments and bridges. The boat will take us back to the Eiffel Tower and from there we will go to the Champs de Mars for a short walk. After, we will go see Notre Dame and explore the lively neighborhood that surrounds it. We'll go out for drinks in the area before going back to the Airbnb.

Tag 2-3

Let's start this new day in Paris with Montmartre. A traditional and colorful village inside of Paris ! It is built on a hill and we'll enjoy a beautiful view. We'll have lunch and taste renowned French wine in the area. We'll be there from around 9am to 1pm. Montmartre is also home to the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, which we'll visit. Paris is known for its culture, and nothing is better than the Louvres to showcase French art. We will visit the museum with audio-guides, but if you want to sign up for a guided tour or specific activity, it's also possible. The Louvres are home to many beautiful European paintings such as the Mona Lisa or "Liberty Leading the People" but also to sculptures like La Venus de Milo or Egyptian artifacts. It is also a beautiful castle which used to be home to generations of French kings. After walking so much, you'll be deserving of an award, which is why we will go eat traditional French meals from the mountain such as raclette or cheese fondues. Yummy !

Even good things must end eventually. On the last day of our trip, let's have breakfast or brunch together and recap our favorite memories. You can then either grab a taxi (not covered in the price) or use public transportation to go to the airport or train station. Depending on the size of our group and the place you need to go to, I will guide you through the process or go with you.
