Join my 3 days hiking trip to the beautiful Danube Bend of UNESCO near Visegrád.⭐⭐⭐ Agenda of the trip: 📆 - 1st day: Starting with a warm-up hike to the Visegrád Castle - 2nd day: Hiking through Rám-szakadék & Dobogókő - 3rd day: Hiking near Zebegény, visiting a cave and a lookout point What is included in the trip: ✅ Accommodation (Shared rooms) ✅ Transportation between stops (Public transport: train, ferry) ✅ Breakfast at the accommodation ✅ Visegrád Castle entrance ticket ✅ Tour guide (me) What is not included: 🚫 Flight ticket (from your country to Budapest) 🚫 Meals during the hike (sandwiches / grocery) 🚫 Dinner (local restaurant) What is expected of you? ✨ Love nature ✨ Love good company ✨ Have a basic good physical condition for hiking ✨ Be flexible ✨ Speak English ✨ Be cheerful What am I offering? About me! 🤩 My name is Borsika, I am a management consultant professional and a hiking and travel enthusiast. I usually spend my free time in nature and the mountains, where I can recharge my batteries. I want to show tourists visiting Hungary the beautiful nature near Budapest so that travelers can explore more about Hungary than the touristic Budapest attractions!

Details about the accommodation: 🛌 We will stay in an apartment in the small, beautiful village of the Danube Bend! The apartment has rooms with 2-4 beds per room. We will have breakfast at the accommodation provided by the accommodation or prepared by myself. The well-equipped kitchen helps us to prepare our sandwiches for the next day's hike! ❓ Do you have any questions? Feel free to contact me! The organizer reserves the right to change the program.

Tag 1

We will start our hiking trip together from Budapest Nyugati Train Station. We travel by train to the accommodation. We leave there out backpacks, quickly prepare for the warm-up hike and start to walk to the Visegrád Castle.

Visegrád

Tag 1-2

We will visit the Visegrád Castle, go around, take some photos and then walk back to our accomodation and have together dinner in a restaurant. The first hike is a warm-up hike preparing us for the next day, which requires a little bit more of the sport spirit!

Rám-szakadék

Tag 2-3

Round-trip from Dömös, visiting the famous and spectacular Rám Gorge, and Dobogókő. We will do amazing photos at the best Insta-spots of the Danube Bend! After the hike, we will cook traditional Hungarian Goulash in our nice apartment garden or have dinner in a restaurant. Length: ~21.5 km Elevation: ~870 m Active hiking time: ~6 h

Zebegény

Tag 3

We will do a little bit easier hike than the second day. We will hike near Zebegény, visit the Remete-cave, Hegyes-tető and finish at Nagymaros, from where we can travel back to Budapest together. Distance: ~14 km Elevation: ~810 m Active hiking time: ~4 h

In the evening, we will travel back to Budapest by train. Optionally after you return home to your hotels, we can meet in the evening with the group and have dinner together or spend some time at a bar, to relax with a beer or a cocktail.

Hallo:) Der Plan hat sich ein bisschen geändert, wir werden am Freitag eine Stadtrundfahrt in Budapest machen und am Samstag eine Tageswanderung in der Nähe von Zebegény unternehmen!
