Hey fellow Nomads & Remote Workers, Update: We've been open again since 04. October 2022 for our second season. In our first one from Sep 21' to June 22' I have already hosted more than 60 Digital Nomads from around 14 different countries and had countless memories together. For Christmas and NYE we also aim to have a big group here to spend the cosy times together under the Christmas tree and celebrate. On average, there are around 6-15 Digital Nomads in our Community. Age range mid 20's - end 30's. You should have your own business or a remote job since this is not solely a vacation. I have several different surfboards + wetsuits to rent. You can also join us on different dates whenever it suits you. (min. stay 10 days). // Are you looking for a nice Coliving & Coworking space in the Algarve? In that case, I got something that might be very suitable for you 🙌 Get ready for stunning beaches (within walking distance), an endless summer with more than 300 sunny days per year, two pools, two Coworking areas, two kitchens, vivid colours, pleasant tranquillity and a lovely bunch of like-minded souls around you. I got you completely covered: you will have a cozy private room with an ensuite bathroom, a large comfy double bed, a small fridge, heating, and a desk if needed. In a separate flat on the property, you'll find our main Coworking space (WiFi max 500Mbps down, ~120Mbps up). It is equipped with large desks, a couch niche, a balcony overlooking the pools, and a sea view in the far distance. Here, we also have a large, fully equipped kitchen with enough space for everyone. And if you're tired of working indoors, move to our roofed outdoor chillout area next to the pool. A cold refreshment is just a few steps away 🌊🏊‍♀️ In the villa on the other side of the pool, we have our little Co-Working studio equipped with another large table and a kitchen. That means you have two different offices to work from. It's not just all about Coworking; we're also here for Coliving. That means making the best of our time together and enjoying this beautiful life here in the sunny Algarve. Here is a place where like-minded people can come together into a little digital nomad community. We want to be a group in which we share knowledge, experiences, and stories, have a positive and inspiring impact on each other, and grow as humans. We are living together like flatmates. This requires a certain willingness to integrate yourself into the community. We'd invite you to be an active part; however, if you need some private time that's all right since nothing is a must. Co-Living also includes taking responsibility for keeping the communal spaces (especially the kitchen) clean. With your actions & behavior, you are shaping everyone else's experience. Thus I want to make it as pleasant and respectful as possible so that we all can deeply enjoy our time and bond. I want you to feel at home in our rooms and that you have a good feeling when you wake up in the morning. Every room is designed very welcomingly and colorful, with a big-sized, comfortable bed, a private bathroom, air conditioning/heating, and a little desk. Daylight pours in through a large sliding door and some of the rooms also come with a little patio, from which you can directly dive into the pool. 💰 The price is 750€ for 3 weeks (21 days), which includes: - Your private Room with a private bathroom - Being part of a curated, like-minded Community - Coworking Access 24/7 - Fully equipped kitchen - WiFi - Pools & free Laundry use - Cleaning service - Coliving Operator (that's me 😜) On site expenses for trips or shared meals are not included and will be shared evenly via Splitwise App. Some words about me, your host: my name is Kevin, I am 30 years, and in January 2021 I packed all my stuff and moved to Portugal.
