Are you ready to embark on a true adventure? On this trip, you will visit historical sites like the Rwanda genocide museum, Dian Fossey tomb. You will also hike the Dian Fossey as earlier mentioned, mountain gorillas in Uganda(bwindi impenetrable forest) and Chimp hiking at Kibale National forest. The TripMates shall have boat cruise at Lake Kivu in Rwanda, Lake Mutanda in Uganda and Murchison falls in Uganda. There will also me community visits in the lake Kivu region, Lake Mutanda region and around Kibale Park regions. Game drives in Queen Elizabeth national park, Murchison falls national park, Uganda and rhino Tracking at Ziwa rhino sanctuary in Uganda.
Hi, Join me (Wilson) together with my company on this fun packed vacation in Rwanda and Uganda. I have the experience as I have guided different groups on this same itinerary that I share with you today.

Kigali
Tag 1-2
You will arrive at Kigali international airport, where our company representative will pick you up. You will have a 15 minutes drive to our guest house for dinner and a night there. In the morning, you will have breakfast, set off and head to the Rwanda genocide museum. After the museum, you will have a three-hour drive to Rushel resort Kivu, at the shores of Lake Kivu. We will have parked lunch.

Rushel Kivu Lodge
Tag 2-4
At the lodge, you will have dinner upon arrival, check in and spend the first night in this place. Trip mates will wake up for a morning swim that is optional, have a boat cruise and visit Kivu primary school, a school located on an island. Trip mates will return to the lodge for lunch and rest early. We will have an early morning drive to head to Volcanos national park for Dian fossey hike.

Lake Mutanda
Tag 4-6
After the Dian Fossey hike, the group will have a drive to Uganda through Kyanika border and spend the night at the beautiful Lake Mutanda resort. You will have a boat cruise and community walk while there. This will be the base for the Gorilla hike in Nkuringo, a section of Bwindi impenetrable forest. After the hike, we shall drive to Ishasha, Enjojo lodge, part of Queen Elizabeth national park.

Enjojo Lodge
Tag 6-7
Enjojo lodge is part of Queen Elizabeth national park, while here we shall have accommodation, evening game drives and morning game drives. We expect to see Elephants, tree climbing lions, antelopes, kobbs and many species of birds.

Isunga Lodge
Tag 7-10
Isunga is 3 km out of the park but part of the Kibale National forest park, a home to chimpanzee. We will have chimpanzee tracking, Bigodi swamp walk, boda boda experience, local made coffee, crater lakes and vanilla harvesting experience. We shall have massage and sauna too.

Murchison River Lodge
Tag 10-12
Murchison falls national park is a national park in Uganda, a place for Giraffes, antelopes, lions, buffaloes, and lots of game species. We will have evening and morning game drives, an afternoon boat cruise and top of the falls experience. Along our way from Murchison to Entebbe airport, we shall have a stop-over at Zziwa rhino sanctuary for Rhinos and then head to Entebbe for your flight back home!
