We will meet at the hotel after you have checked-in, we will get to know each other quickly and then head out to our first stop: Mezcal & Mole tasting. Here we will learn all about Mezcal and try 7 different types of mezcal alongside 7 handcrafted moles from Oaxaca.

Mexico City
Tag 1-2
To finish off our first night and cool down from the mezcals, we will be having dinner at a famous gourmet taco shop nearby called "Los Alexis" where you will be able to enjoy a variety of contemporary tacos ($100-200mx).

Teotihuacan Pyramids (Botanical Gardens)
Tag 2
Early bird gets the worm! Teotihuacán is about an hour away from the Hotel, so we need to leave the Hotel around 6a.m. Once we get to there, we will be greeted with some coffee and snacks before we head up in the air in our Hot Air Balloon. We will be in the air at sunrise and get to see the pyramids from above for about 1 hour. Then, once we land, we will have a complimentary Mexican breakfast. After the Hot Air Balloon tour, we will get a closer look at the pyramids (extra cost $85mx entrance fee).

Polanco
Tag 2
We will be having lunch in one of Mexico´s nicest neighborhoods, Polanco. Here we will be eating at a famous traditional restaurant with lots of history and known for its great food and architecture ($600-1,000mx). After lunch we can walk around the neighborhood, visit Parque Lincoln, a family park with street vendors, and Masaryk (the Rodeo Drive of Mexico City). We will then head back to the hotel for a nice break.

Arena México
Tag 2-3
To celebrate our Friday night, we will attend a Lucha Libre match filled with excitement, where you will be able to drink some national beer (non alcoholic beverages are available), visit the shop for souvenirs and try local snacks. After the show (if you are still hungry) we can stop for street tacos!

San Ángel
Tag 3
We will kick off our Saturday morning with a visit to San Angel, a neighborhood related to historic events, where we will walk through a swap meet filled with art and crafts from local Mexican artists, authentic Mexican coffee, and lots of unique souvenirs.

Coyoacán
Tag 3
After our walk through San Angel, we will head to Coyoacan, another historic neighborhood, where we will visit the Frida Kahlo Museum, Mexico´s most famous female painter. After visiting the museum, we will walk through the neighborhood and a flea market as we make our way to the restaurant for dinner.

Los Danzantes
Tag 3-4
We will be having dinner at Los Danzantes, a famous restaurant from Oaxaca, where we can apply our insights from the mezcal tasting and try their award winning mezcals alongside a culinary experience with local ingredients and flavors ($500-800mx). After dinner we will have a free night, you are welcomed to do as you please, I can happily give recommendations, or we can have a night out in town!

Historic center of Mexico City
Tag 4
Because most museums are free on Sundays, we will be visiting some of the most influential museums this city has to offer: Museo Nacional de la Revolución Palacio de Bellas Artes Palacio de Correo Have a quick lunch at traditional Mexican restaurant ($300-400)

Zócalo
Tag 4-5
After lunch, we will walk to El Zócalo, considered the center of the city, where we will get to visit the Government Palace Museum and the Metropolitan Cathedral of Mexico City. After visiting these historic landmarks, we will be having dinner at an authentic Spanish restaurant nearby before heading back to the hotel ($600-1,000mx).
