Artistic and Meditation Retreat In Izmir, Turkey

When we say artistic it does not mean it will be only for the artists but also for all people who want to explore and find out their artistic side! Yes, in this retreat we will open up our artistic part, and we will get relaxed, balanced and peaceful. This is a retreat to detox, so some stuff will be prohibited such as -Smoking -Drinking -Gossiping. We will have 5 days of magic, in the first day we will get to know each other and will be having an introduction to meditation and the art that we are going to create, and on the second day we will get to know ourselves, we will be really connecting to our inner source and we will try to find our balance by getting to know our center. We will also start experimenting with healing arts. After day 4 you will be able to: - Get to know the breathing techniques that suites you well. - Knowing how to meditate and find your center. - Getting the balance that you need. - Being balanced and peaceful - And the best part is knowing people who share the same passion as you!
