I’m Irena. I design experiences that feel calm, intentional, and genuinely human. I’ve lived and worked across different countries and cultures, and most of my work sits at the intersection of hospitality, community building, movement, and creative work. I’ve run spaces, hosted people from all over the world, and learned what actually helps people feel settled, focused, and supported when they’re away from home. I’m not interested in packed itineraries or performance-driven retreats. I care about creating environments where people can work well, breathe a little deeper, and reconnect with their own rhythm. Spaces that feel warm, grounded, and easy to be in. The trips I host are small, intentional, and designed for people who are self-led but value being around others. You bring your work or creative project. I take care of the container, the pace, and the atmosphere.
