The view (see stop 1 below) is an absolute dream. Also, we are connected with the other homeoffice villa that was also offered on Joinmytrip and is already fully booked. Therefore we can all meet for BBQ and cold drinks or have a big Whatsapp group for common activities... + Hosts are Alex and Andi. Alex was 4 weeks in the other villa and knows accordingly already some beautiful places on the island. + We have a large community and can connect us + Fabian, Kirstin from the other villa, Andi or Alex will be happy to give you all the tips around the island + you have a fantastic view, a huge balcony and enough space to work and a super crew for a relaxed and nice time ______________ Last but not least: For all the comfort that co-living offers, the social component in particular plays a decisive role for us on site: "The "co" in co-living means above all community and is the ideal combination of privacy and contact with like-minded people. Therefore, there is also a short chat or call with all interested parties to see if it fits together on site. So I am looking for like-minded people, so that there are common activities on site and all visitors have a great time. Living together: At the Villa, we all live together as a residential community. Living together as a group is NOT an all-inclusive fun trip, but an attempt to have a nice and exciting time together and subsequently requires a certain willingness to integrate into the group structure. This includes sharing common expenses (purchases in the app Splitwise), cooking together, all are jointly responsible for cleanliness and everything should be relaxed and stress-free - like living together with friends (whom you do not yet know). _____________________ Room allocation: If you book the trip here, you will get at least a cool twin room. A guaranteed single room costs 50,00 Euro more per week, so 100 for the trip. Of course the general distance and hygiene rules apply on Madeira, which we of course respect. But in the villa and far around we are for us. In nature, far away from the lockdown and have a carefree time. Bars and restaurants are open until 22h00🌴 ____________________ FAQ: What about the Corona test?💥 Currently there are no known entry restrictions for Germans entering by air. However, registration is required in advance (takes 5 minutes, link: www.madeirasafe.com) When entering Madeira, either a negative PCR test must be presented upon entry, no more than 72 hours prior to departure, or travelers can have a free PCR test performed upon entry, the results of which are usually available within 12 hours.
