MADEIRA: Co-Working in 220 qm Villa with sea view and a huge terrace to escape the lockdown [currently on hold due to flight cancellations and new restrictions in Madeira]

Hey there, I’m currently planning to escape the lockdown situation from 28 Feb to approximately 28 March and pre-booked a 220 qm villa in Caniço on the south shore of beautiful Madeira Island. The villa consists a washing machine, towels and sheets and all necessary facilities as well as high speed internet. I already spent 3 weeks until mid of January in Madeira also working remotely with a bit of holiday upfront. The price includes the accommodation for 4 weeks as well as a rental car that we all are free to use. The price is for a double room for single use. If you have a friend who you want to share the double room with, the price will remain the same. Flexible costs like groceries and gas will be shared via splitwise. You may wonder why it's only roughly 600 EUR for 4 weeks. I don't want to make any money with that, I only want to escape the lockdown and spend some weeks on my favorite island with cool people :) I would not consider myself as a fully Madeira-Expert yet but I can proudly say that I know the island pretty well, considering that I've spent in total 4 weeks there in 2020/2021, 2 weeks holiday and 2 weeks working remotely. I've seen everything from north to south, east to west and know all the cool spots, restaurants & bars, after work activities and some cool hikes. I also have some contacts on the island if you want to do the heavy hikes that I wouldn't consider myself fit enough for :D Let me show you this beautiful place on earth after work :-) What you need to enter Madeira: You need a negative Covid-Test (PCR), which is not older than 72 hours. I can send you some links, I’ve now done it 5 times 😉 You can also do a free test after arriving at Funchal Airport and then have to self-quarantine for 12 hours in a different accommodation (I can also provide you with some links). Flights: There are currently flights from Düsseldorf and Frankfurt to Funchal, back and forth for 250 EUR incl. 20 kg luggage (28.2.-28.3. TUIFly) [Update FOR GERMANS: As TUIFly canceled all flights for Jan and Feb, I'll most probably try to catch the flight on 2nd March or chose another airline, depending on the new rules that will be announced soon by the German government] PS: I still have 5 days holidays left from 2020 so I'd take those 5 days off during that time and maybe go to Porto Santo? - feel free to join me :-) Hit me up if you have any questions!
