Trip Itinerary

Cusco
Day 1-3
Cusco is our first stop! We'll meet at our hotel centrally located in the center of Cusco. Here we'll explore Plaza de Armas at night and the local spots for food and drinks. Next day we'll join a walking tour to learn about the History of the city and its surroundings and discover all the most important places in the city. We'll take time to relax and ground taking a yoga class in a local yoga studio in Cusco. And to continue learning about the Incas and their legacy we are taking a visit to the Fortress Of Sacsayhuaman, built between the XIVth and XVth centuries. The fortress of Sacsayhuaman was the biggest architectural work realized by the Incas The work lasted more than 5 decades and required the effort of 20000 men. These are some of our activities in our two first days in Cusco. Then we are taking a beautiful train trip through beautiful natural scenery to Aguas Calientes also known as Machu Picchu Town.

Aguas Calientes
Day 3-4
In our second stop Aguas Calientes. We'll explore this charming town surrounded by green mountains and taste the local cuisine. We are also visiting its popular healing thermal baths to relax. A chill dinner and evening to slow down and prepare for our adventure the next day.

Machu Picchu
Day 4-5
Today is the day we'll be visiting the Machu Picchu Ruins! We'll get up very early to have breakfast and catch the bus that will take us to Machu Picchu. Here, in the company of a local guide, we'll explore one of the 7 wonders of the modern world and receive a new day watching the sunrise at Macchu Picchu. Plenty of opportunities to take beautiful pictures and create unforgettable memories. Back in town we'll have lunch and have time to rest before getting back to the thermal waters to recover from our hike in Machu Picchu. Followed by a chill afternoon enjoying Aguas Calientes at night. Before heading back to Cusco.

Cusco
Day 5-6
This day we go back to Cusco by train. We'll check in at our hotel and go for lunch. We'll have some free time before we head to experience a group ceremony with the Pampamisayocs (shamans) from Q’ero Nation. They are the most highly regarded Paqos in the Andes and they’re the gatekeepers of the wisdom of the Incas. This ceremony is a celebration of and a tribute to all that Mother Earth gives us and it is conducted on a mountain or a clean natural space. The ceremony allows each individual to ask Mother Earth, through a tribute, for help on their paths and receive her blessing.

MONTAÑA ARCOIRIS
Day 6-7
Today we'll have an early start with breakfast at our hotel to embark on a day trip to the beautiful Rainbow Mountains. This is a very popular destination because of its natural and unbelievable multicolor nature. The next day, we'll have an early breakfast, check out and head to our last activity together: taking a Peruvian cooking class with a local. We'll get the chance to go shop at the Mercado and learn about Peru's culinary tradition, history, ingredients, and who knows even some of its secrets! We'll cook together and have lunch. Then we'll head back to the hotel and prepare to say goodbye after 6 days of memories and incredible adventures.
