Latin America Road trip

I am planning a road trip in my Campervan by shipping it to Montevideo in Uruguay for April/May 2021 from the UK. Full trip would take 4 to 7 months depending on what we would decide to do. Cost in total, for fuel food Contingency, activites etc €3000 to €8000. Depending if 2 or 4 people came to split costs. And depending on length of trip. This is maximum projected costs. It is a huge camper with room for 4 in total to sleep and travel in. I am emigrating to Panama and wish to explore the South first with some fun travelling buddies. I want to visit beaches, cities, galapagos Islands, ancient sites like cusco etc, no plan set in stone and more than happy for people to travel on the boat with me from Europe, takes 6 weeks and will need to book a space in the cabin. Have looked into costs, places and visa requirements. Would prefer 3 people to travel with me to reduce costs. Flexible on places to visit but have to have some plan for visa, budgets, border crossing etc.
