LAST UPDATE: 1 room with a shared bathroom available... Out of the home office and into the plane... ;-) Hi all, we are planning a finca coworking and coliving on the beautiful island of Mallorca. Open dates are still 03.07. - 16.07.21. We only offer the whole period so we really have a chance to get to know each other. We still have 1 twinbed bedroom with shared bathroom, in our gorgeous finca with pool near Felanitx for rent. It is located near the beaches of the east coast (about 10-20 min) and is 35 min drive from the capital Palma. Price is per bed in a twin bed or double room. If you would like to have a room for yourself you are welcome to contact us, this would also be possible with price adjustment of course. There are eight of us in the finca so far and we plan to have a mix of experienced digital nomads and newcomers to this lifestyle. Josi has been working remotely for a Berlin recruiting agency for a couple of years. Cristina was born and lives on the island, and is also a Spanish and yoga teacher. Tamara is from Germany and works in consulting for IT and sales. I myself work remotely for a German/Indian tech company and support development teams in Asia. This is the third trip organized by Christian in Mallorca. He and his crew did their best to create an unique Coliving experience, involving everyone in the group in activities or offering alternative options. Please note that this is not a professional travel agency, but a more family-like approach. The WiFi on the Coworking Finca did not work as expected, but this was due to external issues outside of his responsibility.
Our finca with 14 meter pool and private tennis court is located outside the town of Cas Concos des Cavaller. Without neighbors and on over 50,000 square meters of land everyone will find a quiet place if ever needed. The finca is a 280 year old farmhouse with lots of charm and attention to detail. Each of the bedrooms is individual.

Of course, the island capital Palma may not be missing in any case. To eat tapas and sightseeing we are also driven quickly during the week after work.
