This boujee work-ation trip is about the right mix of food, fun, sun, party, relaxing and adventure, with some work / personal time during the days (up to you)... Explore the Algarve whilst enjoying air, land & sea adventures including long walks & horse riding on some of the best rated beaches in the world... Visit historic castles, enjoy exquisite dining experiences in hand-picked restaurants, land on the beach after skydiving over the visually spectacular Algarve, party on sunset boat cruise ending with a beach BBQ, trip inland to the mountains & dips in natural springs. Our lavish villa (normally fully booked all year round) boasts lots of work areas, a private gym🏋🏼‍♀️, a games room 🏓 , chill areas & a heated swimming pool for night swimming. Post peak-season September is the perfect time to experience & explore the stunning Algarve, whilst the weather is still amazing, and its not as busy (or expensive) as the full swing summer months. We'll leave foot prints 👣 in the sand & make memories that will last forever. 💰 What's included: > Lavish villa accommodation > Group rental car / Uber budget > Three group meals - lunch on an island - a beach BBQ - decadent villa dinner > Group activities - included in the price unless marked otherwise. 🛏️ Accommodation: > Cost is per person in a shared room, two single beds in each room. > Private room is an option, on request. 🧗‍♀️ Activities: > See the full activity list further down. > Group activities will be booked in advance. > Some activities are day specific, others are weather dependent - some flexibility will be required. > Feel free to suggest ideas and discuss with the rest of the group. Other activities include: > Aerobatic or scenic flights along the spectacular Algarve coastline. > Cross country sunrise hot air balloon flights. 🚗 Transportation: > Included is a budget for either rental cars (gas not included) or ubers - to be discussed & agreed by the group. 🛒 Shopping: > We will all head out to the grocery store together to stock up on general basics for the duration of the trip. > Personal items, treats & alcohol for own account. > Expenses logged & shared using SplitWise. 🍳 Cooking: This is a group catering, shared cost trip with some planned excursions that include food already. Ideally it will be great if we all contribute to the preparation and cooking, and dine together as a group throughout the trip. As shared group meals are a great way to get to know each other, my recommendation is that each group member selects an evening to take the lead, plan a dinner & show off their cooking skills by preparing their favourite meal for everyone… as well as, one night to be the assistant chef. If you have special dietary requirements, please let the group know, so we can plan together accordingly. Housekeeping: > Please be conscious of shared spaces & clean as you go. > Keep the kitchen tidy after all meals. > Everyone responsible for cleaning their own clothes, towels, bedding etc... > A cleaning service will come in twice throughout the trip. 📱 WhatsApp Group: > A WhatsApp group will be created so everyone can get to know each other ahead of the trip, and so we can all discuss individual requirements & expectations, additional group activities, car rental / uber budget, dietary requirements etc... Payment: > 20% deposit per person payable to secure your spot - payable to Join My Trip. > Once 6 Trip Mates have confirmed a further payment of 500 eu per person will be required > Balance of payment is required no later than one month prior to the trip taking place. > In the event that the villa advertised is no longer available and a suitable alternative cant be found, all deposits paid, will be returned in full. ❗Important info: Travel is back, there is lots of interest in the region, summer is almost in full swing, accommodation prices are rising & places are being booked up fast... I can hardly call it work.... Whether I'm cooking, reading, working, studying, exercising, doing self improvement, starting a new venture of any sort, or just hanging out... a great vibe, having fun and laughing lots is totally my thing. I'm super keen for this trip, to meet some new people & share the area I know and love. I generally work on things during the day and like to get out and explore as much as possible in between.
