Hi everyone! 6-day coworking retreat in a Boutique and Spa thermal hotel completely immersed in nature. Thermal circuit “Quente das Quenturas” with the famous thermal waters of Furnas (look it up!). Hydrotherapy path, sauna, Turkish bath, aromatic showers, Laconium and dynamic thermal pools await you on this trip! Who am I? 👋 I'm Meatta, Mia for the friends. I studied law and anthropology. I work as a freelance writer. I have a great passion for travel, my instinct as an anthropologist always takes me to the right places. What to expect from this trip? 🤔 You can choose to take your work with you (as I will) by taking advantage of the wonderful spaces of the hotel … or not! But If you are also addicted to your pc, you are welcome! Look forward to a relaxed coworking trip, amidst the beautiful nature of Spain. Depending on the reciprocal working hours, shared fitness activities and nature excursions will be agreed, which will alternate with individual moments of relaxation or activity. Accommodation 🏠 You stay in 2 double bedrooms with single beds and private bathroom in a hotel. What's included? 💰 - Accommodation in a boutique hotel What activities are possible after work? 👩💻 Personally, I would like to visit the famous Boca do Inferno, weather permitting of course. It is exactly the mouth of an ancient volcanic crater which over time, filled with water from the rains, has turned into a lake. Volcanic activity has created a variety of stunning and striking landscapes here, but nothing prevents you from spending an afternoon lying by the ocean, browsing Instagram if you want to devote yourself to more traditional activities. But casually discovering natural pools of lava rock where sparkling and lively thermal water flows constantly, hidden in a forest that is as young geologically as it is ancient by birth, is perhaps much more interesting. The structuring of the activities to be carried out during the stay can be planned in advance by agreeing on the basis of mutual needs and desires. Or day by day (perhaps wiser choice) considering the unpredictability of the oceanic climate but also the mood of the moment that can vary and does not adapt to schedules. Proposals, tips and ideas regarding itineraries and activities are welcome with one limitation: no extreme adventures please! For example, I am willing to go see whales and hear their song, but I don't intend to play Moby Dick or dive in to observe them more closely. How to get to Azores? ✈️ Scheduled departure from Milan Malpensa with a short stopover in Lisbon of about 45 min. Total duration of the flight about 6 hours. Shuttle service to the hotel, about 50 min. It leaves early in the morning! Join me on this rejuvenating trip.
