The various types of desert, amazing landscapes and meet the Berber people, with all their hospitality, friendship and customs. As soon as you leave the airport, you will immediately feel the environment, aromas and colours of Marrakesh. You will discover different areas. From villages and cities, to peaceful deserts and oases. Prepare to experience very different civilizational standards of those you are used to. In these differences lies the fascination of this adventure. As in all our trips, we do not want you to be a mere tourist, but a fellow traveller searching new experiences. Marrakesh

Day 1-2
1º Day Marrakech – Skoura – Tinghir (370 km) Upon arrival in Marrakech, you will be received by the trip leader/guide from Portugal. He will give you all the assistance and preparation for departing towards Tinghir. NOTE: Depending on your time of arrival, we will stay in Marrakesh or leave to Tinghir.

Ouarzazate

Day 2
Pass by this amazing town that we will stain in in our way back. We will use the route of the 1000 Kasbahs passing by the Dades Gorges, before reaching Tinghir.

Tinghir

Day 2
Tinghir, a Berber oasis village, located south of the “High Atlas” and north of the “Little Atlas.” – Accommodation: Kasbah, in Tinghir – Dinner: at the Kasbah

Alnif

Day 2-3
2º Day Tinghir – Alnif – Rissani – Merzouga (200 km) First of all, after a good breakfast, the day begins with a visit to the Todra Gorges. These cliffs have a maximum elevation of 300m and are separated by 20 to 50m. Also you will stroll through its oasis.

Rissani

Day 3
Then we head south-eastward toward Alnif, reaching Rissani, known for its beautiful gateway.

Merzouga

Day 3
A few kilometers further on, we reach another Berber village – Merzouga. Situated at the beginning of the Sahara Desert and only 20 km from the Algerian border. Finally, later the day (or the next morning), we climb the Erg Chebbi. One of the most beautiful dunes of Morocco. – Accommodation: Kasbah, in Merzouga – Dinner: at the Kasbah

Nkob

Day 3-4
3º Day Merzouga – Rissani – Tazzarine – Nkob – Ouarzazate (370 km) Following breakfast, we leave for Rissani, towards Nkoub. The day leads us through roads with beautiful views.

Agdz

Day 4
Finally reaching Agdz, in the Draâ Valley. Continuing north along the Draâ Valley, with its vast palm grove (the longest in Morocco), we reach Ouarzazate. Therefore we will have a beautiful ride. Having the desert on the left and the valley with its oasis on the right.

Ouarzazate

Day 4
Finally, we reach Ouarzazate, also known as the Hollywood of Morocco. Ouarzazate is considered the gateway to the desert. Lunch will be on the way. – Accommodation: Riad, in Ouarzazate – Dinner: at the Riad

Aït Benhaddou

Day 4-5
4º Day Crossing the Atlas Mountain heading north: Ouarzazate – Aït-Ben-Haddou – Marrakesh (240 km) Heading north, after a nice breakfast, we arrive at Aït-Ben-Haddou. It is situated on the foothills of the High Atlas, being the best known Ksar worldwide, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here we ascend the second great historic route connecting the “Great South”, north bound. Therefore crossing the Atlas passing by Tizi N’Tichka (highest point 2260m), stop to visit. Lunch on the way.

Marrakesh

Day 5
Finally, the day will end with our arrival at the tourism capital of Morocco, Marrakesh, the 3rd biggest city in Morocco. The Riad is located near the Jemaa el Fna, one of the most animated squares of the world. Probably it will challenge your senses. 😉 – Accommodation: Riad in Marrakesh – Dinner: free time for dinner

Marrakesh

Day 5-6
5º Day Marrakesh This day will be entirely dedicated to explore this magnificent city. “Lose yourself” in its old Medina. Also put your negotiating skills to the test and letting yourself be seduced by the diversity of smells and colours. Another way of “feeling ” Marrakesh is to just relax on one of the terraces overlooking the square, drinking mint tea and watching the bustle which runs below. – Accommodation: Riad in Marrakesh – Dinner: free time for lunch and dinner

Day 6-7
6º Day Marrakesh This day will be for resting and returning you to the airport for your flight back home.
