This well-being trip is designed to help you improve your mental & physical well being 🧘‍♀️ , bring you closer to nature 🌿 and immerse yourself in the Balinese culture 🐉. We will be staying in a beautiful co-working villa with a pool and a chef for breakfast and lunch, with whom I will work with to plan delicious and nutritious recipes. Outside of work hours we will explore the beauty that Bali has to offer us, engage in cultural experiences & daily movement (yoga 🧘‍♀️ jogging 🏃‍♀️ walks 🚶‍♂️etc) and try some traditional mindfulness and meditation practices. There is no pressure to do anything you don't want to, and I will ensure that there are a range of different options for everybody. In the evenings you can relax, socialise, eat out, have a couple of drinks or whatever you please! About the trip ✈️: - Location: Nusa Dua, Bali (South) - Accommodation: Beautiful Luxury 6 Bedroom villa by the beach, with a roof terrace & hot tub. - Dates: 16-31st July (2 weeks) since this is the 1 week option you can choose the 1st (16-23 july) or 2nd week (24-31 july) to join my trip - Sleeping arrangements: There will be room for 12 people, sharing double beds for 2. If you would like your own room, this will be at an extra cost (I will create a separate post for private rooms! or just message me.) - Working: 2 Large tables to work at, 1 office desk, lounge seats around the villa. I have ensured that the wifi is working in all rooms. Who I am looking for to join my trip: - Semi-flexible remote workers 👩‍💻 The plan is to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays so that we can take a mid week trip every Wednesday and enjoy the weekends with some activities too. - People interested in their mental and physical wellbeing 🧘‍♀️ I am all about self-development and learning how to navigate in this world while maintaining mental and physical wellbeing. Don't get me wrong- I am not a health freak or strict with myself in ANY way (far from it in fact!), but I believe small habits and the right mindset can go such a long way! - Open minded people It is so important to me to attract like-minded people on this trip. I believe as humans we are all the equal and we could all do with approaching life with an open mind and a bit more empathy. Hey, Nice to meet you! I am a Registered Nutritionist and a Health & Wellness Specialist, who loves to explore the world. I really believe that discovering different cultures and emerging yourself in nature is key to our wellbeing. This is why I also have my own business planning wellbeing trips for businesses. On my trips, the aim is to work on finding inner peace and focus on our mental and physicalwellness. I choose destinations where we can explore beautiful places and take part in activities that teach us new things and make us feel good! (Cooking classes and yoga have to be my favourite!) Trip Itinerary


Day 1-4
We will arrive in Nusa Dua to our villa. Relax, socialise, enjoy nature and engage in movement and mindfulness activities such as yoga, meditation, walking, jogging etc. We will have a private chef for breakfast and a pool at our villa. I will also organise interesting workshops and talks around nutrition, mindset and holistic wellness.


Day 4
The first Wednesday of our trip, our driver will take us to visit the town of Ubud. Ubud is known for being the centre of traditional crafts and dance. We can visit terraced rice paddies, Hindu temples, the elephant cave and try a cooking class too. I am flexible with the activities we choose- I am happy to decide as a group what we prefer to do.

Day 4-7
Transport back to the villa for work tomorrow- we will wake up the next morning with a chef-cooked breakfast and either yoga or a wellbeing workshop run by me. The next 3 days will be co-working time until the next day trip!

Bali Sambangan Trekking

Day 7
Sambangan is a forest in Northern Bali, also known as the “secret garden”, as it’s far away from the main tourist trails. The trek starts at the Sambangan Secret Garden Waterfall. On the path, we’ll have the chance to admire dreamy waterfalls – Pucuk, Kroya and Kembar – as well as coffee plantations, rice fields and all the beauty that Balinese nature can offer.

Day 7-8
Back to the villa to relax, have dinner and maybe play some games. The evenings are free time for everyone so you can feel free to do your own thing or we can plan something together as a group. There are no rules!

Uluwatu Beach

Day 8
On our day trip to Uluwatu, we can visit Uluwatu Temple, watch a kecak fire dance, soak up some sun at Padang Padang Beach (or any of the others beaches!), then catch the sunset and have a sip on a gorgeous cocktail.

Day 8-11
Transport back to the villa for work tomorrow- we will wake up the next morning with a chef-cooked breakfast and either yoga or a wellbeing workshop run by me. The next 3 days will be co-working time until the next trip!


Day 11
On our last free day to explore, we can take a trip out to Seminyak to explore what the bustling town has to offer. Options could include joining a cooking class, learning how to surf or even just spending the day by the pool at a beach club.
