You long to slow down for a while and would like to experience a relaxed but eventful adventure? Welcome to the magical island of the gods - Mama Bali! This island is a place where time passes differently. The warm-hearted people who always have an honest smile, their unique culture and traditions, the diverse and completely breathtaking nature as well as all the vegan delicacies make Bali a unique place. First of all, it might be quite interesting to know who I am at all. My name is Sophia, but most people call me Sofire. Probably because I have a lot of fire in me for my passions, haha. I'm 25 years old and I'm from the north of Germany. Traveling has always been the best thing in life for me and I enjoy it to the fullest, spending every free second in new places to get to know and understand the world we live in and especially myself better. I am a super open person and have a big heart for all living beings on this earth. I love to connect with people and learn from everything and everyone around me. I have been living vegan for more than two years now and enjoy the culinary diversity of plant-based cuisine when traveling. Bali in particular is one of the best destinations ever for this! For 1.5 years now I've been everywhere and nowhere with my backpack, most of that time in Southeast Asia. This continent has captured my heart and I just can't get enough. It is double happiness to travel together with more hearts, because thus you can share the passion for discovering new places. I love to observe the world around me as closely as possible and can always take great pleasure in the smallest little things. I love sharing this enthusiasm with others, which is why it would be an immense pleasure to go exploring with you for a while. About the trip: I know Bali very well, because I have already lived here for almost half a year. To make the 11 days as diverse as possible for you, while enjoying everything without stress, I will plan some clues of this trip in advance. Accommodation and means of transportation, in our case a scooter (if you don't have any experience yet, we will practice riding together or if you like, you can just ride on the back of it), will already be booked upon your arrival. Also I will take care of a driver who will always take us to the respective new places on the island. Furthermore I will plan different possibilities of activities and offers for each place. It is important that you know, everything is a can and nothing is a must! For me, the most important thing is fun, joy and ease when traveling and that often does not work with time pressure or stress. Accordingly, I would say, we plan an approximate route and then let the days come to us according to feeling. Here in Bali everything works spontaneously, in which you book activities at short notice. Some things, however, we should of course book in advance, such as climbing the volcano, Mount Batur (but more on that later). 🏠 Where will we stay overnight? You can find information about the booked accommodations under the respective stops. Bali offers such a variety of types of accommodations and that's why I looked around for different styles. We will be sleeping in a classic Indonesian house in the countryside, in a typical modern white villa, in wooden bungalows as well as in a guesthouse/hotel complex located on the beach. All accommodations offer free wifi and a possibility to work if you want to make use of it during the trip. Some of them have shared bedrooms, but you can also get a private room at some of them for an extra charge. Just check the "Stops" section and let me know if you want me to make a change for you. 📍 Schedule and Route: Day 1: On day 1, you will surely be pretty exhausted from the long journey. Since Ubud is a while away from the airport, the day will probably go by quickly due to getting to Ubud and settling in and arriving at your accommodation. We can shop together and get to know each other over a leisurely dinner. Other than that, nothing else is planned except for rest and relaxation. Day 2: On Day 2, we will enjoy a bit of the wonderful nature and magic of Ubud. There are temples to explore as well as breathtaking waterfalls to discover. The best way to get from a to b is definitely riding a scooter. This way we can also stop at rice fields and finish the evening with a meal together in one of the many great vegan restaurants. Day 3: The 3rd day I would like to take you after a hearty breakfast to the central local market, where we will stroll quite comfortably through the stalls. Furthermore, we can leisurely explore Ubud on our scooter before I would like to take you to a special place. One of my passions is Breathwork and I would like to introduce you to this special experience. It is a form of breathing meditation that lets you connect deeply with yourself. Ubud is the perfect place for this and it would be my pleasure to share this experience with you. Day 4: On day 4, the last day in Ubud, we will leisurely do our morning routine and then have breakfast. After packing up, we will take our drive to our next destination - Canggu, where we will then move into our accommodation for the next two nights and spend the rest of the day arriving, swimming pool and eating delicious food. Day 5: Day 5 is time to check out the hotspots in Canggu on the scooter. This includes the famous Batu Balong beach, where we can watch the surfers while enjoying a cold coconut on the beach, surf ourselves or just chill on the beach. If the mood strikes, we can go out in the evening, there are many possibilities in Canggu. Day 6: The last day in Canggu we use to discover one of my favorite places on the beach under palm trees, besides a local market visit. Here you can watch the big waves perfectly while sitting under the palm trees. In the evening we will start our journey to the south of Bali, where we will only move into our new accommodation and comfortably end the evening watching the sunset. Day 7: Uluwatu is for me the most beautiful place in Bali and on the 7th day I want to take you to the beautiful beaches of the southern peninsula. Here the water is the clearest and the sand the most beautiful. We can look at the famous Uluwatu temple and just enjoy the time in nature. Day 8: After a delicious breakfast and an exploration ride on the scooter, we will slowly start our drive to the north of the island. During this ride we will see a lot of the island and can recharge our batteries for the next few days. Besides moving into our new accommodation in Amed, we don't do too much more. Day 9 & 10: Amed is a very natural place and known for great snorkeling opportunities. We can take the boat out and go snorkeling. Furthermore, a highlight here would be to get up early in the morning and climb Mount Batur volcano. This takes a couple of hours and is definitely worth the breathtaking view. It would be a wonderful end to the trip. Day 11: the 11th day is departure day and besides a last meal together we can review the beautiful time before heading back to Kuta to the airport. 💰 Included in the cost of the trip are: - Accommodation (shared rooms) - Transportation by car from/to the airport - Transportation for long distances when changing accommodations - Scooter rental in the respective places - Mount Batur - snorkeling tour 💰 Extra costs incurred: Rent and fuel, scooter, food, entrance fee temples and waterfalls, surfboard and surf instructor if necessary, other expenses during leisure activities. I want to show you the diverse beauty of Bali while taking you through authentic Indonesian accommodations, guesthouses and also my own villa. I love to capture moments and also own a drone which we will use. After the trip, I will send you photo/video footage of course. I am sure we will have an unforgettable time and you will leave the island full of peace and serenity after 10 days (or not, because you like it so much that you just stay hihi). If I have aroused your interest and you feel like having an unforgettable time, then it would be an honor to travel together with you! Send me a message and we can arrange a video call. Come as you are and let's have the best time ever together. Lots of love and hope to see you very soon. Yours Sofire

Ubud

Day 1-4
Beautiful Ubud is very different from the coast of Bali. Everything is green and smells of jungle! Here is a special spirit in the air and I would like to infect you after your arrival right here in the heart of Bali. I have found a private Indonesian style house for us to stay in for the 3 nights. The house offers split bedrooms with big beds, a pool, a nice open kitchen and a communal table where we can eat and spend time together. I have attached some pictures, so you can get a little idea where you will spend the first nights. We will first arrive, get to know each other, visit waterfalls, rice fields and temples, as well as do a Breathwork course. You will love it, I promise!

Canggu

Day 4-6
Canggu is probably the hippest area of Bali. Surfer, food and shopper's paradise! The vibe in Canggu is totally cool and you can spend the whole day watching the surfers, strolling through cute boutiques and restaurants. You just don't get bored here. Since there is a lot going on here and it can quickly become quite stressful, we will only stay here for two nights and then head south. In any case, we will make ourselves comfortable in our own little villa. It has 4 bedrooms, a shared pool, and a rooftop kitchen/sitting area. Perfect for nice sitting together in the evening or for breakfast in the morning. This villa has one more bedroom, so if needed and for a small extra charge, a private room is also available. A picture of the interior of the accommodation can be found in the attached pictures.

Uluwatu

Day 6-8
Uluwatu is the beautiful south of Bali. Here you can find the most beautiful beaches, the clearest water and the highest waves. From sunrise, beach day, delicious food to sunset we have here the respective perfect spots. We can also visit the famous Uluwatu temple here. Here we will sleep in bungalows, which is very typical for Bali. Currently I live in this part of Bali and I am looking forward to show you the southern peninsula with all its beauty. By the way, the best coffee in Bali is also available here! Can't wait to show it to you :) To bring a little variety in our style of accommodation, I looked here for bungalows, - very typical for Bali! I booked for us shared rooms with beautiful views of the greenery. For an extra charge, you can also book another bungalow here if you prefer your privacy. I have attached a picture of a possible bungalow.

Amed Beach

Day 8-11
Our last stop will be in the northwest of Bali. Amed is known for the indescribably beautiful nature, crystal clear water and great snorkeling tours. Tourism here is nothing as extremely present as in other parts of Bali, which can be pleasant at the end of our trip together to finally full of peace to start the journey home. I have found in Amed an accommodation directly on the beach for us and breakfast is included. This is again shared bedrooms, but a private room is also available for an extra charge. There is a pool overlooking the sea and in a few steps you can reach the beach. From here you have a great view of the volcano of the island. I would love to get up early with you on one of the mornings and climb the smaller of the two volcanoes. Mount Batur is not far away and from it you have an incredible view. I imagine this as a beautiful ending to our time together. On the last day we will make the joint return journey south from here and take you to the airport there.
