Rough plan to start in Mexico and make our way down to Panama stopping off and exploring Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. This will not be a party trip but one full of adventure, stopping off to enjoy all the natural wonders by foot; hiking through national parks and up volcanoes, a couple days by the beach to maybe try surfing, diving / snorkeling and yoga. Being a huge foodie I’m so happy to explore all the local food markets and find great places to eat. I’m also flexible to possibly extend the trip to 3+ months and maybe go down to Colombia and Ecuador too.
