The metro network in Paris is ancient but will bring you to wherever you need to go. It&#8217;s a good idea to buy a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">day pass<\/span> (<span>\u20ac13.20) or a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&#8216;carnet&#8217; of 10 tickets<\/span> (\u20ac14.50) instead of buying tickets individually at \u20ac1.90. The metro stations in themselves are a sight to see.
